Products & Pricing

• All products listed on our platform are 100% PTA approved unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation will apply.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected.
• We accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, and EasyPaisa/JazzCash.
• For COD orders, the delivery charge may apply based on your location.
• In case of payment failure, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation.
• Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days within Pakistan.
• Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped.
• We offer free delivery nationwide on orders above Rs 5,000.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.

Warranty & Returns

• All products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
• Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized repairs.
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective products only.
• To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and proof of defect.
• Return shipping costs are covered by us for defective products.

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Multiple accounts for the same individual are prohibited.
